Nh3 has more dipole moment than Nf3 due to direction of attraction of bonds......in Nh3 N is more electronegative than H so it will attract electrons towards it ...it would be in the direction of the lone pairs present in N..
but in Nf3 we know F is the most electronegative element so it will attract electrons towards it .....which will be in the opposite side of lone pairs of N so net dipole moment will decrease in Nf3....
