Versatile : a person or a thing which is able to adapt to any situation or scenario and act accordingly while being skillful is said to be versatile.

Prodigy: a specialist or an ideal example showing extreme skill usually from young age at a particular thing is said to be a prodigy.

So, while speaking of many skills, 'versatile' is the most accurate usage.
