Fe^(3+) is more paramagnetic because the unpaired electron in Fe^(3+) is more than Fe^(2+)

Paramagnetic compounds:

The compounds which contains one or more unpaired electron in the orbitals. These unpaired electrons are attracted towards the poles of magnet and show the paramagnetism.

Iron [Fe] element has the two unpaired (lone pair) electrons in its orbitals. These electrons gets attracted to the magnets and so, it is paramagnetic.

Fe²⁺ has the even number of electrons i.e., no free electrons and so it is diamagnetic.

Fe³⁺ has one electron unpaired (lone pair) and so it is paramagnetic.
