Which one will glow brighter if we connect a 60 watt bulb and 100 watt bulb in series

But the resistance of the 60W bulb is higher than the 100W watt bulb, Hence the power output by the 60W bulb will be higher than the 100W bulb in this case. Hence the 60Wbulb will glow brighter in this case. (This answer assumes that both the bulbs used are rated for same voltage which is almost always true.)
