The menstrual cycle takes place in female reproductive system.

FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Lutenizing Hormone) which are produced by pituitary gland and estrogen and progesterone which are produced by ovaries take part in this process.

This process occur in the body of a mature woman in an interval of 28-30 days till the age of 50-52.

It is wrongly said that the body of woman going through this stage is impure. It is a scientific process. It is quite necessary to change the mindset of people in society.
