Antibodies are immunoglobulins produced by specialized lymphocytes called B lymphocytes.  The lymphocytes are a category of White blood cells(WBCs) which are produced from bone marrow and mature in lymphoid organs. Generally speaking, they are produced by B lymphocytes and the part of the body that is producing antibody is Bone marrow.
