Bile juice helps in breaking down of fats present in the partially digested food which is transfered to the small intestine in the form of chyme. It also helps to neutralise the acidified environment which was given to the food in the stomach by the HCL by providing a basic environment

First of all bile juice dont digest anything it HELPS IN DIGESTION.
It helps in EMULSIFICATION OF FATS i.e. long chains of fats are broke down into smaller chains of fats. This helps pancreatic lipase to digest fats.
If u want to know the composition of bile juice, then here it is:-
2 pigments are present in bile (BILIRUBIN and BILIVERDIN).
98% of bile is of H2O.
Small amount of Cholesterol, Lecithin, Inorganic and Organic salts.
