Well, the climax is where the most awaited part of the story is, it is also considered as the part where it catches the attention of the reader. it affects the reader by urging him/her to read on to know what will happen.

In any piece of literary work, the climax is the part of the story or a novel or a drama where we find that there is heightened tension.

It is the culmination or the peak point of some narrative from where the narrative can take a sudden turn and the intensity can also be mitigated to a least extent.

This is the cooling down of the action and sometimes there can also be an instance of an anticlimax in any story.
