TELOPHASE can be called a phase of reverse of prophase.

Cell division in eukaryotic cells has mitosis where the nucleus divides and cytokinesis and the cytoplasm divide and daughter cells are formed. Cytokinesis occours in four phases, prophase, metaphase, Anaphase and at the end there is telophase. Cytoplasmic division begins during or after the late stages of nuclear division in mitosis and meiosis.

Telophase and Cytokinesis is the reverse prophase in which the cell is returning to interphase.

The chromosomes which is now single molecules of DNA with associated proteins have reached opposite poles of the cell.

The spindle fibers disappear.

Cell division in eukaryotic cells has mitosis in which the nucleus divides in addition to that cytokinesis and cytoplasm divide to form daughter cell.
