Which plant and animal disease are caused by Micro organisms ? what are the measures to be taken against them?

Almost all the diseases are caused by microorganisms in both plants and animals.
Measures to prevent them :
1) Vaccination/ Immunization
2) Avoiding interactions with diseased ones.

2) Animals should be dewormed regularly.

4) They should be regularly vaccinated.
