y < 4x + 5

For line y = 4x + 5,

Lets put x = 0, then y = 5

Lets put y = 0, then x = -5/4

Lets put x = 0 and y = 0 in the inequality,

0 < (4 × 0) + 5

0 < 5

Inequality is satisfied, therefore solution will lie towards the origin.
