The point at which Marginal Utility of a commodity is Zero and its Total Utility is maximum, it is referred as Point of Satiety.

Utility simply refers to the satisfying power of the commodity. The total utility refers to the total satisfaction or pleasure obtained from all units of a good consumed over a period of time while as Marginal Utility refers to the change in satisfaction a consumer gains from consuming one more unit of a commodity within a given period of time.
