First we should know how fire is gone out of control.

If it is by oil u should always use soil or a extinguisher.
Never use water

If it is not buy oil you should keep away the the things from fire that can increase damage . ( fire will die if it does not get anything to burn
You should run away from spot and get help.
Use extinguisher and water

Never use water if the fire is near any electrical device .

Always have the extinguisher in your school home or office
