The educated Indians found that even after receiving fairly good education. They could find no employment. Further, the few Indians who received employment soon discovered that they were discriminated against.

That is to say, most of the high posts were reserved for the English people.

Thus all sections of people were discontented and realized that their condition would not be improved unless the country is made free.
