To obtain required image, keep the object within 15cm near the mirror.

Concave mirrors also known as converging mirror has inward reflecting surface. The have main function to focus the light.

Now, to obtain magnified and virtual image from concave mirror object should be kept between focus and pole of mirror.

Since, the focal length of concave mirror is 15 cm away, thus object should be kept within 15 cm of concave mirror of reflecting surface.
