which primary organelles store starch and protein granules in a plant cell? with which other cell organelle it shows similaarity in external structure

ChronosEye: Leucoplasts
ChronosEye: Leucoplasts store starch. Amyloplasts synthesize starch and starch granules are present in the form of stored starch in the cell organelles (Luecoplasts). Mitochondria has a similar external structure compared to the Luecoplasts as it consist a double-layered membrane and not only this but also both the organelles use their DNA to produce as many as protiens and enzymes possible for their proper active regular function.
