Answer:

Interphase is differentiated into three stages. 1) G1-phase - rna and protein synthesis, enzymes for dna synthesis and acids for histone formation. 2) G1-phase synthesis of rna and proteins, duplication of centrioles. So phase -dna replication and histone synthesis

Interphase is a non dividing phase.

The two daughter cells produce from a mother cell are relatively small with a full sized nucleus but relatively little cytoplasm these cells are said to be interphase. During this phase they prepare for the next cell division and grow to the same size as their mother cell.

Since no change in chromosome is visible externally during the interphase formally it is also called resting phase of the cell. But in reality it is not true as the cell is quite active during interphase in synthesing more DNA.

The imterphase itself has three phase

1) first growth phase.

2)Synthesis phase.

3)Second growth phase.

Hope it helps.
