I see a problem with the question the original question is:

Which is the graph of y = cos(x) + 3?

Answer: y = cosx + 3 ,

As you know, cosx is a periodic function and period is 2π .

Domain of cosx ∈ R and Range ∈[-1, 1]

y = cosx + 3 is also periodic function , period of y is also 2π.

Domain of y ∈ R and Range ∈ [ 2 , 4]

Here you can see domain of cosx and cosx + 3 are same. Just difference in range . Hence , graph of cosx + 3 is just 3 unit above from X - axis as shown in figure.

In simple ways when a function y = f(x) + C and we have given graph of y = f(x)

Then shift the graph y = f(x) , C unit in y - axis.

Here figure it is clear that graph of y = cos x + 3
