computer programming language is not the matter of human language.
computer understand the machine language which is in binary format.we write the program in mnemonics format or English language that is called source code.and then compile the source code into machine language.
then matter is "why is there is no programming language in Hindi?" main reason is no one initiate or develop any programming language which is in hindi. i think its due to lack of interest or crises of evolutionary ideas of hindi people.because when we write any computer language we need to design of compiler after that all are same.if we are able to design one compiler which support hindi language and convert the hindi source code to machine language then it possible.
