Answer:

Concentrated sulphuric acid upon addition to ethanol yields ethene. Therefore it shows its dehydrating poperty. Carbon is oxidised to carbon dioxide gas in the presence of conc. sulphuric acid therefore it shows its Strong oxidizing property
