first one will win the race because its velocity is higher than 2nd and time is less than 2nd.

but it will not effect much as if its displacement is more than its velocity also will be more.

The first graph gives velocity as it shows Rate of change of displacement
The other gives acceleration as it shows Rate of change of velocity.
Given theta 1 > theta 2
From the fig 1
displacement increases as time increases
Here
From fig 2
velocity slowly increases as time increases.
So racer with graph of fig 1 will win.
