The responsibilities which should be fulfilled by business unit towards consumers are:-
1) Do not practice underweight and adulteration.
2) change in taste and preference of consumer should be kept in mind.
3) should not sold cheap quality products.
4) Do not charge very high price otherwise u lost trust of customer forever.
5)offer credit facility if possible.
