Narmada and Tapti. It is because though Narmada originates from western ghats and empties into Arabian sea, Mountain ranges on both sides of the river extended to 80 kms to the sea.

the west flowing rivers Narmada and tapathi do not form deltas at their mouths.

the reason is  the changes in the tidal area will wash away the sediments brought by the river.
