Answer:

Rajpath Road connects Rastrapati bhawan to India gate and national stadium in New Delhi.

This road was constructed during the British Raj. When this road was built it was named as King’s way. It is known to be the most important road of India because the parade during Republic Day takes place on this road. After the independence of India the name had been changed to Rajpath which is the Hindi word of King’s way. India Gate is on the east end of Rajpath where as Rashtrapati Bhawan is on the west end of Rajpath.
