Answer

3. I have shopped for clothes from Old Navy on the store's website.

Explanation

Capitalized letters are used at the starting of the sentence and when there is a noun. In option 1, Old Navy is a shop, therefore it's a noun, but it is not capitalized. In option 2, I should be capitalized. Everytime there is the word I, it should be written as capital I. Same goes for number 4.
