Madhya Pradesh is the second-largest state in the country by area and this state only have the highest% of forest cover in India.
Forest cover is more than 30% in this state.
It's geographical area of the state have been classified into;
(1) Protected Forest,
(2) Reserved Forest and
(3) Unclassified Forest
Trees present in the forest are sal,bamboo, grass and dry deciduous.
Some famous reserves in the state of Madhya Pradesh are Bandhavgarh National Park,Bori Wildlife Sanctuary and Amarkantak Biosphere Reserve, and Kanha National park .
