Which state of matter has maximum interparticle force of attraction and why?

solid state of matter has maximum interparticle force of attraction because any other force of attraction or difficult like there will be a magnet so it will be attracted more by the gravity but if there will be water that will be attracted yes because they both are attractive object but it depends on their weight and their mass of getting attracted
