Hi there,

rikutu is a dress that is worn in the state of Tripuru.

This dress is very traditional and was commonly worn in the old time. Although, people have drifted towards wearing other dresses and now rikutu is mostly worn in only rural Tripura.. Rikutu is part of the dress, i.e. it cover the whole upper part of the lower body.
