Option B is correct.

The English settlers in the United States engaged in conflicts with the Native Indians as soon as colonial settlements came up, way back in the 17th century. There were several reasons for these clashes, the most common being, to seize land that belonged to Native Indians.

There were wars fought on account of cultural differences, crimes etc. and in some, the English took the help of Native Indians to fight against other tribes. Such wars continued almost till 1920s.
