Correct answer is option D. No OS upgrades are supported.

More details:

Any upgrade in the operating system of Microsoft's Azure virtual machine environment  is not supported by Microsoft.

One way is to migrate the work from old to new virtual machine that runs the supported operating system. Another way is to download VHD in order to extend the support.
