As PCL5 forms sp3d hybridisation and its shape is trigonal bipyramidal forming axial and equatorial bonds.

Axial bond pair of electrons suffer more repulsion from equatorial bond pair of electrons. Therefore axial bond length becomes larger than equatorial.
