ALL ADULTS (18 OR ABOVE 18)OF A COUNTRY HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE AND REPLACE THEIR REPRESENTATIVES,REGARDLESS OF THEIR QUALIFICATION,OR GENDER,PLACE OF BIRTH....SUCH A PRINCIPLE THAT IS FOLLOWED IN ALL DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY IS CALLED UNIVERSAL SUFFRAGE.IT IS ALSO KNOWN AS COMMON SUFFRAGE OR UNIVERSAL FRANCHISE.IT ALSO ENSURES EQUALITY.THIS THE "POWER OVER THE BALLOT BOX....!!!
