First term (a) = 3

Common difference (d) = 11 - 3 = 8

nth term (an) = 195

So,

$a_n = a + (n - 1)d$



195 = 3 + (n - 1)8

=> 3 + 8n - 8 = 195

=> 8n = 195 + 5

=> n = 200/8

=> n = 25

∴ 195 is the 25th term of the AP.
