common difference (d) = 11

first term (a) = 2

so,

=> 321 = a + ( n-1) d

=> 321 - 2 = (n-1) 11

=> 319 = 11n - 11

=> 319+11 = 11n

=> 11n = 330

=> n = 30

therefore , no of term is 30.
