20,77/4,21/2,71/4.....

a = 20
d = a1-a
= 77/4-20
 =  \frac{77 - 80}{4}
= -3/4
an=0
an= a+(n-1)d
0=20+(n-1)-3×4
-20×4/-3=n-1
80/3+1=n
n=83/3
n= 26.3
n= 27
.
27th term is last positive term.

therefore 28th is forst negative term
a28= 20+(28-1)-3/4
=20+27×-3/4
= 20-81/4
=
 \frac{80 - 81}{4}
= -1/4
it's best answer and correct also.
