It is not different.
The constitution of J&k apllyes to J &k only. but the constituion of india aplyes for whple india includind J and K.
In other word constituion to J and K are addition to(and not in replacement of )the indian constitution.both constitutions apllies to Jand k.
The contitution of J and k vivers topic not covers in indian constituion, topics which are specified and inernal to J and K.
For 1st ten years of participation of India J&k had only one constitution i.e. indian constituion.
In 1956 a separate constitution was promulgated to J &k to deal with yhe confusion abt the j&k future as the state have been effectively parcipate beetween india and pakistan(now west pakistan against everyone wishes.
Other infian states didnot need a separate constitution(although otger state also had separete constitution before the participation of the country. so this is not unique to J&k.)as the indian constituion merged them all into one .J&k's constitution was fully covered by 1950 when indian constitution was promulgated.
