Answer ⇒ In India, Modern Towns made by the Britishers in Modern Style were Kolkata (or Calcutta) and Berar.

Explanation ⇒ Britishers made these two towns for there own interest and for there own economy.

By making these two towns they have just founded there places where they can live without any problems.

All the Main works of the Britishers are carried in these places only.

These Places are the main Industrialist Places for the Britishers, It was there center and also the major places where they used to keep there records and many important materials.

These Cities are also called the Economy of the British Raj in India, since all the money that had been looted by the Britishers from Indian are kept there and had been easily transported to Britain for many Lords and there Parliament.

Hope it helps .
