◆ Explaination-
- In Newlands octaves, in order to fit elements, he put cobalt and nickel with same slot in same column of halogens.
- In Mendeleev's periodic table elements were arranged according to their atomic masses which made it difficult for Cobalt(Z=27) has more mass than Nickel(Z=28).
