they use their reproductive cells that are sperm by male and ova by female. They together give birth to a baby

Totipotent stem cells can divide and produce all the differentiated cells in an organism until the whole organism developed.
Examples of totipotent cells are Spores and Zygotes
Totipotency represents the cell with the greatest differentiation potential that can differentiate into any embryonic cell.
Totipotent stem cells provide all the material support and give rise to the embryo.
