Threshing or separating of seeds can be done by rubbing the seeds in plastic bag .The force which helps in flying of seeds away from each other in plastic bag is Electrostatic force of attraction.
Reason :
The electrostatic force can be exerted by a charged object from a distance even when they are at a distance.When seeds are rubbed within plastic covers , due rubbing electron exchange will takes place and object tends to gain charge . Repulsive forces  of charge make the seeds fly away.
