which type of meditation or exercise is best for concentration in study?

firstly what we need is to aware with the term meditation we all aware I right but what exactly is it .
we all know in our day to day lfe our teacher ,parents, relative ,friends or we meant to a whole society suggest what is that like that hear the sound near u , shut your mouth for 5 or 10 min and more like this
But in my opinion is not the correct meditation
why not
because we need is to just relaxing themselves with everyday stress , depression and more like that is not much helps us

We all doing lots of works in a day we are playing , going to school , coaching, lots of study , watching t,v. ,helpng her mother ,gardening, doing or hobby , and lots of thing in a day infact we meet new people, new works and more more
all the people think of just what doing best and work for that . he or she show himself or herself 1 st in a race of life . but have you questioned why we all show 1 st in the race of life infact we all do not aware where the race ends and also why we participate in a race of life. It's simply answer is because all people are showing 1st in a race

we just leave our all work for 5 to 10 min in a day and just close our eyes and when in our mind draw a image of ourselves like we see in mirror and then see how you made themselves perfect. what bad habits or good habits do you have .
ok now its allmost clear but have your questioned that concept of law of gravity works or not so my answer is no its not work why not work
you just see a mall which is full of rush and one day which is festival u go and doing law of gravity in this case saying that my place where 2 months ago I park my car I parked again my car on this place .

because in postive thinking what we say that is of future
but in affirmation what we say is that of present
for example : kal me first aaogi that is what positive thinking
me first hoo that is what affirmation
