A hypothesis is a thought or prediction that a person or scientist states before they do there expieriement to explain what they think will happen. They used words like if, then, and because to show if this happens then they will do this because they want to get this kind of thing.

Answer:

Theory

Explanation:

A theory fits this description, as a law is undisputed due to constant testing through various different methods throughout a long time. A theory is a pre-recursor to a law, so it is accepted as true because of repeated experimentation, such as the Theory of Relativity.
