Which type of social difference are there in srilanka

In Sri Lanka major social groups are divided on basis of their language and their religion. On basis of language, there are two groups one who speaks Tamil language and others who speak Singhla language. On basis of religion, there are three categories: Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, and Christian.
