The rate of eruption of deciduous densities I. E milk teeth, depend on a number of factors such as over all health status, genetics, vitD deficiency etc. Tooth eruption starts around 6months of age when your lower front two teeth first erupt and the process continues till the age of 2.5to 3 years of age for the total of 20milk teeth to erupt. There are no premolar or wisdom teeth in milk dentition. If you feel that the teeth are erupting slowly, u can take a full mouth x-ray to confirm the eruption position. It will give you an estimate of possible time frame of eruption. You can always ask your own parents to rule out whether your teeth also had erupted on a delayed schedule.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
NO PREMOLARS (Teeth between Canines and Molars) SHOULD BE PRESENT IN A TWO YEAR OLD CHILD.
Besides premolars, other teeth like Incisors, Canines and Molars may be present based on the kids tooth eruption pattern.
Milk teeth or deciduous teeth, start erupting at the age of about 6months, starting with the lower front teeth, followed by the other teeth.
For your reference, please find below the approximate age and corresponding teeth which erupt at that age.
Upper Central Incisors - 8 to 12 months
Upper Lateral Incisors - 9 to 13 months
Upper Canines - 16 to 22 months
Upper First Molar - 13 to 19 months
Upper Second Molar - 25 - 33 months
Lower Central Incisors - 6 to 10 months
Lower Lateral Incisors - 10 to 16 months
Lower Canines - 17 to 23 months
Lower First Molar - 14 to 18 months
Lower Second Molar - 23 to 31 months
Having said that, the same can vary in children. This could be based on their general health and development, genetics, deficiencies etc.
Hope this helps.
