Which was formerly a fundamental right and now it is only a legal right ?

Right to property was initially a fundamental right in the Indian constitution but now this is only a legal right.  It was removed from the list of fundamental rights as per the 42nd amendment to the constitution which was brought by parliament in the year 1976.  Legal rights can be taken away by the government on many grounds unlike fundamental rights.
