Both copper and lead will require equivalent amount of energy.

Specific heat capacity of lead - 125.6 J/kg K

Specific heat capacity of copper is - 376.81 J/kg K

Heat energy required for lead block

Q = mc∆t

Q = 2*125.6*30

Q = 7536 J

Heat energy required for copper block

Q = mc∆t

Q = 4*376.81*5

Q = 7536.2 J

Thus, both the elements, i.e lead and copper will require equivalent amount of energy for heating, under given circumstances.
