Rabindra Nath Tagore’s ‘Jana Gana Mana’ was facing controversies that it was a welcome song to praise King George V in 1911 when he landed in India. The word “Adhinayak’ was the term to praise him and many argued that this should be changed.
‘Sind’ is not a part of India now.
In 1943, Subhash Chandra Bose replaced with some words to make the song a victorious song.
