The normal water is chemically called as H_2O and the heavy water is known as Deuterium oxide (D_2O).

The electrical conductivity of the water relies upon the water temperature: the higher the temperature, the higher the electrical conductivity would be. When the temperature of both normal as well as heavy water is compared it is found that the temperature the former is 3.98℃, whereas the latter is 11.6℃.

Hence it can be inferred that D_2O has higher electrical conductivity.
