which would you prefer for measuring the volume of 4.6 mL, of milk, a measuring cylinder of capacity 50 mL and least count 1mL or a measuring cylinder of capacity 500 mL and least count 5 mL? why?

To measure 4.6 ml of milk.

I will prefer the 50 ml measuring cylinder,for two reasons.

Reasons:

1)500 ml cylinder is way more large to measure just 4.6 ml of milk.

2)500 ml cylinder's lowest mark is 5 ml, which is greater than the milk amount,that we are trying to measure.

3)But the 50 ml cylinder has a lowest mark of the 1ml,where we can easily measure our 4.6 ml of milk.
