- Economical problems
- Social problems
- Environmental problems
Building a dam requires a lot of capital and it can create economical circumstances unless it is planned already. Then comes the social problems which can arise due to the migration. Construction can demand migration of people from one place to another. As I mentioned earlier that building a dam is a huge process and it takes a lot of time and construction requires use of technology. Excessive use of technology can cause environmental pollution which can be bad for the health of people around.
